First Place for Youth is hiring a Clinical/County Program Manager to supervise a 5-8 person team of social work and case management staff and manage an integrated foster-youth services program covering housing, employment, education, intensive case management, and My First Place. The role oversees program operations, budget and grants, compliance, data quality, staff development, community partnerships, and youth outcomes, while providing direct intervention and crisis support as needed. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at least two to three days per week, and requires a relevant master's degree, three years of family or child welfare social work or casework experience, and 2-4 years of managerial experience. Compensation ranges from $88,330 to $107,258 annually depending on education and licensure, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
