Description
First Place for Youth is hiring a County Manager to supervise a multi-disciplinary team of social work and case management staff and manage an integrated services program serving 18-24-year-old foster and former foster youth. The role oversees program operations, budgets, grants, compliance, staffing, training, quality improvement, and collaboration with community partners, while providing direct intervention and leadership. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at least two to three days per week, and requires a master's degree in a relevant field, three years of full-time social work or casework experience, and two to four years of managerial experience. The position reports to the Director of Programs and does not offer visa sponsorship.
