Coupang Pay is hiring a Backend Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate foundational platform services and next-generation infrastructure for its fintech business. The role leads high-availability and disaster-recovery architecture, including clustering and replication, and advances CI/CD DevOps practices across cloud and on-premise environments. Candidates need at least five years of Unix/Linux software engineering experience, three years of backend architecture experience, strong OOP and scripting skills, experience with large-scale production systems, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
