Delfish GmbH is hiring several Course Instructors to teach children’s swimming lessons in Osterburken, starting immediately. The role involves leading weekly courses with fixed groups of up to five or six children, adapting instruction to skill levels, communicating with parents, conducting swimming badge assessments, and documenting participants and completed badges. Candidates should be caring, reliable, and able to teach small groups in the water; prior instructor experience is preferred but training is available, and the DLRG Rescue Swimmer certificate is ideal. The position offers permanent employment, above-average compensation, substitute-shift pay, a wetsuit subsidy, and coverage of first-aid and police-clearance costs.
