Delfish GmbH is hiring a Course Supervisor (m/w/d) in Schwelm to lead weekly children’s swimming courses for groups of up to five or six children. The role involves structuring lessons by skill level, communicating with parents, assessing swimming badges, and documenting participants and completed badges. Candidates should be caring, reliable, and hold a Silver DLRG Lifesaving Swim Badge; prior course-supervision experience is preferred but training is offered.
