Description
The Court Administrator serves as the chief non-elected official of the court, reporting to the Administrative Judge and Judges. The role leads and coordinates court operations across administration, case management, probation services, information technology, finance, human resources, communications, and other departments; develops strategic initiatives; manages budgets and personnel; ensures compliance with laws and policies; and supervises assigned personnel. The position requires a combination of formal education, training, and work experience, with an example qualification of a law degree or master’s degree in a relevant field and ten years of court-system experience, including five years as a senior manager.
