CASES is hiring a full-time, in-person Court Navigator, Court Services to support Manhattan Supervised Release participants immediately after court appearances. The role provides client engagement, crisis response, housing and employment linkages, systems navigation, court documentation, non-compliance notification, and relationships with human-service providers and court partners. It requires a NYS Certified Peer Specialist or related bachelor’s degree, at least two years of peer-support experience, recognized peer-specialist training, lived experience with the criminal legal system and mental health or substance-use recovery, computer proficiency, and the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift 25 pounds. The position pays $60,110 and works Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with expected travel throughout New York City.
