Description
The Court Services Assistant supports the Clerk of Superior Court by processing court cases, maintaining legal records, and assisting the public. The role may work in front counter, distribution, child support, fines and restitution, jury services, and case management, applying judgment to select appropriate guidelines and procedures. It is a working/journey position under general supervision and requires a high school diploma or GED plus three years of general office, legal clerical, or accounting-related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
