The Courtroom Technology Specialist supports the design, setup, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of courtroom audiovisual, video conferencing, presentation, audio streaming, and end-user technology. The role also provides help-desk and technical support, coordinates video and teleconferences, trains court staff, manages IT equipment inventory, develops technology standards and documentation, and recommends system improvements. The position reports to the IT Support Manager, is based in downtown Washington, DC, may allow limited telework, and requires specialized audiovisual or technical support experience or a relevant bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
