Description
Intercare is hiring a full-time Coverage Behavior Technician in Culver City, California, for a targeted 30-hour work week. The role provides direct behavioral intervention and coverage support across school-based, home-based, and clinic-based settings, including IEP and BIP implementation, Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis management, behavioral documentation, and peer support. It reports to the Senior Specialist, School Operations, requires at least two years of relevant behavioral intervention, ABA, special education, or related experience, CPI certification or willingness to obtain it, reliable transportation, and travel up to 15 miles one-way. The pay rate is $23–$25 per hour, with year-round employment and professional development opportunities.
