Intercare is hiring a full-time Coverage Behavior Technician in Van Nuys, California, for a targeted 30-hour work week. The role provides year-round floating coverage and operational support across School Services and Behavioral Health programs, including direct behavioral intervention, IEP and BIP implementation, Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis management, documentation, and peer support. The position reports to the Senior Specialist, School Operations, requires at least two years of relevant behavioral intervention, ABA, special education, or related experience, and offers $23–$25 per hour.
