Description
Fortegra is hiring an internal Liability Coverage Counsel to serve as a legal and technical resource in the Claims division. Reporting to the Chief Claims Officer, the role evaluates complex commercial liability coverage, interprets policies, manages coverage disputes and litigation, advises claims and underwriting teams, oversees outside counsel, and supports regulatory and internal reviews. The position requires a Juris Doctor, an active U.S. state bar license, and 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, with substantial insurance coverage and commercial liability litigation experience.
