Description
Micron is hiring an OCT CPEE Diffusion Engineer to improve diffusion-area process and equipment performance, manufacturing availability, throughput, yield, capacity, and cost. The role leads technical investigations, productivity and capacity projects, supplier collaboration, technology transfers, and AI-enabled engineering solutions, while partnering with manufacturing, yield, process integration, and other cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or equipment engineering experience are required.
