Description
Micron is hiring an OCT CPEE SEAL Engineer/Senior Engineer to lead manufacturing excellence initiatives across global semiconductor manufacturing sites. The role focuses on SEAL standardization, Wafer Per Day and productivity improvements, process and equipment optimization, AI-enabled engineering solutions, automation, advanced analytics, and digital transformation. The engineer will identify improvement opportunities, accelerate pilot adoption, scale solutions across technologies and sites, partner with global stakeholders, and mentor teams. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in process or equipment engineering are required.
