Description
The CPI Coordinator will oversee quality-of-care and compliance activities across three Bronx Children’s Community Residences and the Staten Island Children’s Community Residence, while also serving as the ITM Coordinator for all four sites. Responsibilities include implementing quality-improvement plans, coordinating regulatory compliance, audits, accreditation, incident and camera reviews, utilization reviews, data collection, resident satisfaction surveys, and monthly CPI meetings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably a master’s degree, experience with residential care and adolescents, strong communication and youth-engagement skills, and the ability to respond to crises and travel to off-site meetings. Bilingual Spanish, French, or Creole ability is preferred, and the posting lists medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
