The Engineer-in-Training will join EXP’s Infrastructure division and, under supervision, design municipal and urban civil-engineering projects, including water supply, sanitary and storm sewer networks, and urban roads. The role involves producing AutoCAD and Civil 3D plans and specifications, performing design calculations, preparing cost estimates and tender documents, supporting permits, conducting site visits and construction inspections, and assisting with budgets, schedules, client relationships, proposals, and regional accounts. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of municipal infrastructure design, very good French, and membership or application for membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
