AMA Support Services is hiring a full-time Community Participation Specialist in the Pittsburgh area to provide one-on-one direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the community. The role includes helping with personal hygiene, cleaning, cooking, community outings, safety, progress documentation, and monitoring health and behavioral changes. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, pass a criminal background check, and have caregiving, IDD, or autism experience; one year of caregiving experience is preferred. The position offers a Monday-Friday base schedule, flexible scheduling, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid training, and $16.00-$18.00 per hour.
