Description
Apple is hiring a CPU DFT Verification Engineer to join its processor verification team and support chip design efforts. The role focuses on verifying DFT logic, executing test plans, developing testbenches and tests, debugging simulation failures, analyzing coverage, creating Verilog checkers or assertions, and collaborating with architecture, RTL, DFT, and silicon bringup teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant industry experience, and experience with DFT, processor verification, digital logic, JTAG or IEEE1500, and scripting in Python, Perl, or TCL.
