Description
Apple is hiring a Full Chip Integration Engineer to participate in the physical design, integration, and verification of high-performance, low-power processor development. The role covers floorplanning, area optimization, block partitioning, pin placement, chip-level place-and-route, power-grid development, electrical and formal verification, tapeout signoff, CAD and physical-design methodology development, and scripting to automate tasks. The minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, along with scripting experience in Perl or TCL.
