Description
Apple’s Silicon Engineering Group is hiring a Full Chip Integration Engineer to participate in the physical design, integration, and verification of high-performance, low-power processor development. The role covers full-chip floorplanning, area optimization, block partitioning, pin placement, place-and-route, power-grid development, electrical and formal verification, tapeout signoff, CAD-flow development, and scripting for automation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, along with Perl or TCL scripting experience; knowledge of physical design, low-power design, verification tools, CMOS design, extraction, static timing analysis, and computer architecture is preferred.
