Description
Apple is hiring a CPU Physical Design and Integration Engineer to participate in the physical design, integration, and verification of high-performance, low-power processor development. The role covers chip floorplan, area optimization, block partitioning, pin placement, place-and-route, final CPU layout database construction, physical verification, power-grid and technology bring-up, custom layout integration, CAD and physical-design methodology development, flow development, and scripting to automate tasks and improve debugging. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant industry experience, along with place-and-route and physical-verification experience and scripting-language experience.
