Description
The posting seeks a CPU/Processor Architect to independently design and define new micro-architectures, identify and optimize existing designs, and collaborate with RTL, system, and software teams on feasibility, proof of concept, and performance improvement for AI silicon and systems. The role requires deep CPU architecture knowledge, expertise in processor architectures such as ARM/RISC-V/MIPS, experience in performance and power optimization, proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages, strong communication skills in English and Chinese, and an MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
