Description
Apple’s Silicon Engineering Group is hiring a CPU Technology Feasibility Implementation Engineer to evaluate and improve CPU process technology during early design. The role involves understanding new process technology and PPA trends, conducting RTL-to-GDS synthesis, place-and-route, and physical design experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance, power, and area. The position requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience, along with experience in synthesis, place-and-route, clock flow, and PPA optimization.
