CPU Verification Fellow, RISC-V High-Performance Processor at Tenstorrent

Tenstorrent is hiring a CPU Verification Fellow to lead verification strategy and execution for next-generation RISC-V high-performance superscalar processors. The role owns verification planning, test plans, coverage, formal and constrained-random environments, bug triage, and tapeout readiness, while collaborating with architecture, RTL, performance modeling, SoC, firmware, compiler, and validation teams. It is hybrid and based in Santa Clara, California, or Austin, Texas, with compensation ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 including base and variable compensation targets.
