Description
Arcadis is hiring a CQA/CQC Supervisor to lead field operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, implement the CQA Plan, manage construction releases and document control, monitor productivity and progress, and oversee construction risks. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, professional registration, at least 12 years of similar experience including 8 years in CQA/CQC supervision, mining construction, or geotechnical infrastructure, and at least 5 years of experience with tailings dams, waste rock dumps, earthworks, and geotechnical works. The position is preferably based in Junín or nearby and requires availability for a rotational schedule.
