Schnabel Engineering is hiring a CQA Technician / Construction Materials Testing (CMT) for its Richmond, Virginia office. The role involves observing and documenting construction activities for geosynthetic containment systems and other civil projects, testing construction materials, collecting and troubleshooting instrumentation data, preparing reports, and communicating results with contractors and engineers. Candidates need at least one year of civil construction experience, a high school degree, a valid driver’s license, strong mathematical and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors and travel for projects. The stated compensation range is $19 to $25 per hour.
