Description
ERP is seeking a Principal Technical Manager (provisional) to lead the CQC program for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Illesheim, Bavaria, Germany. The role is full-time onsite during active construction and testing, with incidental remote work, and requires authority to stop or reject noncompliant work, develop quality plans and records, coordinate Government QA and other stakeholders, and manage submittals, testing, nonconformance, rework, and acceptance evidence. Applicants need at least 10 years of construction quality or inspection experience, including 5 years in federal, USACE, military, or utility work, plus CQM contractor qualification or the ability to obtain it before mobilization. The position is contingent on contract award, staffing authorization, Government approval, work authorization, and installation access.
