PSI is hiring a CRA II to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Australia, with the primary work location in Macquarie Park, NSW. The role involves onsite monitoring, study startup, CRF and source-document review, query resolution, site and investigator management, trial progress monitoring, budget and contract support, regulatory document preparation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. Candidates need a relevant life sciences, pharmacy, or nursing degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Australia, experience with Phase II and/or III monitoring, English proficiency, PC skills, and the ability to travel. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with two flexible days and three office days, along with competitive salary and employee benefits.
