The Craft Foreman leads field construction crews, verifies work quality and dimensions, monitors productivity and budgets, coordinates with project management and shop drawings, and maintains safety, equipment, material, and compliance records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of construction-related experience, and current training in trenching, scaffolds, rigging, confined space, fall protection, OSHA 10-hour, First Aid and CPR, SWPPP inspection, silica, risk management, and accident training.
