Description
Dashiell is hiring a Craft Recruiter to serve as the dedicated recruiting resource for its Dacon craft and field workforce. The role partners with field operations leaders, manages full-cycle recruiting, sources and screens craft talent, maintains staffing pipelines and applicant data, represents Dacon at hiring events, and reports staffing metrics. It is a hybrid position based between Houston, Texas and Deer Park, Texas, and requires at least three years of recruiting experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
