Description
The Railway Construction and Maintenance Worker operates cranes and excavators, carries out earthworks and railway projects, inspects and maintains equipment, records work, follows safety standards, and coordinates with railway workers and engineers. The role requires railway work experience, excavator operation skills, technical problem-solving ability, a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, and strong communication and teamwork skills. It is a 40-hour-per-week position with pay of €18.39 to €22.13 gross per hour, a permanent contract after a successful introductory period, and benefits including training, equipment, pension contributions, meal vouchers, clothing allowances, holiday pay, and vacation days.
