LaRiviere, Inc. is hiring a full-time crane operator for heavy civil work in the North Idaho and Eastern Washington region. The field position involves inspecting and maintaining cranes, operating them to lift and move equipment and materials, interpreting load charts, communicating safely with construction personnel, observing load hook-ups, ensuring crane stability, and documenting lifting and maintenance activities. Candidates need proven crane-operator experience, construction-industry and safety knowledge, physical stamina, the ability to follow complex instructions, a high school diploma or equivalent, and valid crane certification.
