Description
The Overhead Crane Operator operates traveling or stationary overhead cranes to lift, move, and position machinery, equipment, products, and solid or bulk materials. Responsibilities include checking load hookups, following written, verbal, or signal instructions, maintaining and inspecting crane and hoisting mechanisms, and reporting defects. The role requires at least four years of industrial construction or maintenance experience and crane operator certification, along with the ability to perform physically demanding movements.
