BFT Bayreuth GmbH is hiring a full-time Crane Operator for Concrete Placement to operate and guide cranes in its production plant in Bayreuth/Weidenberg. The role involves safely picking up, transporting, and positioning concrete buckets; placing and pouring high-strength concrete; coordinating with quality assurance and placement assistants; resolving production problems; and maintaining quality, productivity, and deadlines. The position requires multiple years of professional crane-operation experience, a valid crane operator certificate, technical and practical skills, German language proficiency, safety awareness, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Experience with concrete placement is advantageous, and the employer offers long-term permanent employment, benefits including e-bike leasing, and development opportunities.
