Description
As a Crane Spotter, you will assemble and fabricate metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, and other components. You will assist the crane operator by providing clear and precise signals to ensure safe and efficient crane movements. Additionally, you will continuously monitor the work area to identify and mitigate potential hazards, guide load positioning, maintain constant communication with the crane operator and other team members, conduct pre-operation inspections of rigging and lifting equipment, stay updated on safety protocols, and participate in regular training sessions.
