Illumio is hiring a Creative Associate to support brand, campaign, web, social, and internal creative initiatives. The role involves designing and producing assets, maintaining brand systems, creating layouts and images, working in Figma, and collaborating with designers, writers, and cross-functional partners. It is intended for someone early in their career and offers mentorship, hands-on guidance, and exposure to end-to-end creative processes. The position requires 1–3 years of design or related experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, working knowledge of Figma, strong typography and layout fundamentals, and a portfolio demonstrating creative thinking.
