Ethos is hiring a Creative Content Lead to develop original content programs, direct video from concept through screen, own social-platform content, present creative work to senior clients, manage content calendars, and lead a small team. The role requires 5–8 years of content, social, or creative experience, strong Arabic and English writing, cultural fluency in the MENA market, a portfolio of original creative programs, video direction ability, social-platform expertise, client presentation experience, and experience managing at least two to three people.
