The role leads creative work from brief through final execution, challenges briefs, ensures platform-native and culturally relevant ideas, targets international creative-festival recognition, mentors junior and mid-level creatives, directs presentations and stakeholder relationships, manages complex cross-market projects, and supports pitches and agency growth.
