Crunchyroll is hiring a Creative Executive to identify, develop, package, produce, and distribute scripted film and television adaptations of Japanese IP, including manga, anime, and novels. The role serves as a creative and cultural bridge between Japanese IP partners and U.S. studio and production teams, evaluating source material and creative materials, translating nuanced intent, managing stakeholder alignment, and presenting recommendations to senior management. Candidates need 12+ years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of Japanese entertainment industries, native-level Japanese and English skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. The position is based across Tokyo and the United States and offers a hybrid work schedule.
