Xometry is hiring a Creative Operations Associate to provide structured operational support within its Creative department. Reporting to the Global Creative Director, the role coordinates campaigns and brand initiatives, manages project workflows and digital assets, supports photo and video shoot logistics and freelancer onboarding, tracks vendor invoices, and helps improve creative processes. The position requires 1–3 years of creative operations, studio coordination, or production support experience, proficiency with project management and creative tools, and familiarity with AI tools.
