The role partners with Marketing, Creative, Production, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Packaging, and external agencies; manages capacity and resourcing; develops complex project plans; improves workflows and project governance; and maintains reporting on project health and operational performance. Candidates need 6–8 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, cross-functional initiative leadership experience, and familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
