FTMO is hiring a Creative Pipeline Operations Manager to own the end-to-end creative production workflow, from request intake and prioritization through capacity planning, standardized handoffs, stakeholder communication, process automation, and performance monitoring. The role requires experience setting up creative pipeline processes, project-management tools, capacity planning, and stakeholder management, with Czech and English fluency and leadership potential. It is based in Prague with a flexible hybrid model.
