The role manages project workflows in Asana or similar tools, coordinates handoffs between marketing, design, and operations, maintains campaign asset libraries, supports light design production with Canva, documents SOPs and onboarding materials, tracks publish schedules, and manages Google Workspace accounts. Candidates need prior remote work experience, project coordination or operations experience in a remote marketing or creative environment, strong Asana or similar project-management skills, Google Workspace knowledge, Canva proficiency, and strong organization and written communication.
