Description
Softline Solutions is hiring a Creative Producer to govern the day-to-day flow of work across its in-house creative engine. The individual contributor role owns creative request intake and triage, maintains the master backlog, governs Jira and Confluence workflows and templates, coordinates capacity and dependencies across stakeholder and output teams, produces capacity and delivery metrics, and supports the transition from brand-dedicated teams to centralized output teams. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in creative production or project management, strong Atlassian proficiency, and the ability to manage stakeholder conversations and process-building in a multi-brand environment.
