TransPerfect ContentLabs is hiring a Creative QA Specialist in Malaysia to serve as the quality owner for creative projects, with a primary focus on video and graphic assets. The role reviews assets across production stages, checks brand and technical compliance, manages quality checkpoints and review cycles, implements client and internal feedback, performs final-quality reviews, identifies recurring issues, recommends process improvements, and collaborates with creative, production, QA, and project management teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a background in quality management, project coordination, or production workflows, and experience reviewing video, motion, or graphic design assets.
