Monks is hiring a full-time contract Creative Talent Discovery Manager through the end of 2026, with an option to extend. The role recruits, sources, interviews, places, and retains full-time creative and production talent across disciplines, manages hiring pipelines and offers, maintains talent databases, and collaborates with casting, creative, operations, finance, and HR teams. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in creative recruiting, resourcing, or talent production, along with an active talent network, portfolio evaluation skills, negotiation and budgeting experience, and familiarity with resource management and ATS platforms.
