Nen Creative is hiring a part-time Creative Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and coordinate creative talent across video production, motion design, cinematography, editing, design, and creative strategy. The role involves reviewing portfolios and resumes, conducting outreach and introductory interviews, improving hiring processes and candidate pipelines, communicating with candidates and leadership, and supporting both freelance/contract and full-time hiring. Candidates should have strong creative judgment, communication and organizational skills, and experience recruiting in creative, agency, startup, or production environments is preferred.
