Nen Creative is hiring a Creative Resource Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across its creative studio. The role maintains visibility into team availability, project schedules, utilization, and upcoming capacity; identifies conflicts and bottlenecks; matches projects with appropriate creative talent; supports staffing for new opportunities; and maintains resource-planning systems and dashboards. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, creative production, or a related field, along with strong organization, communication, people skills, and spreadsheet proficiency. It is based in the United States, with Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York preferred, and offers healthcare coverage, paid time off, and company holidays.
