Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-6 years of experience in user acquisition or data-driven marketing at a high-growth startup/company or media agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple creative projects and experiments.
Ability to manage a testing roadmap, prioritize experiments, and work cross-functionally with creative, media buying, and data teams to drive growth through discovering creative wins.
Analytical with a focus on key growth KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC, etc.) and the ability to translate data into actionable creative strategies.
Familiar with creative testing platforms and optimization across paid social channels.
A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo and uses data or experiments to uncover insights.
Strong communicator and collaborator, aligning teams on testing strategies and optimization plans.
