MATTE is hiring a Creative Technologist to evaluate and implement AI-enabled workflows, prototype interactive and generative digital experiences, and own the studio’s website and client-facing digital build projects. The role combines creative and technical work across Figma, front-end development, responsive design, QA, content management, and scalable creative systems, with a focus on translating experimentation into shipped work. Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio, hands-on AI implementation experience, and advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
